backproject

Back-project a detector pattern onto the unit sphere.

The inverse of the forward projection: each sphere direction is mapped to a fractional detector pixel and bilinearly sampled, giving E(n) on a supplied direction set plus the field-of-view mask. Differentiable in the pattern center, which is what makes PC refinement possible.
