de_twin.optics.serialem.from_serialem(calibrations_path, properties_path=None, *, camera, mag_table=None, lm_max_mag=None, calibration=None, camera_index=0, flips=(False, False))[source]#

A column definition from a microscope’s SerialEM calibrations (and, if given, the camera’s RotationAndPixel lines). Stage calibrations give each magnification’s rotation and true pixel size; RotationAndPixel values override them where defined.
